Houseplant Quest

Have you ever wanted to run a houseplant shop, despite your brown thumb and the fact that it's hard to make it a viable business model? This game is for you!

I can't possibly be the only one with that very peculiar and specific fantasy.

In this game you're in charge of running your houseplant shop. Grow plants, fulfill requests, pay bills, and live the dream that ten-year-old me used to fantasize about!

Features

• Grow a variety of plants from small sprouts or shoots into full-sized specimens
• Pay attention to plant food and water needs to keep them in good health
• Fulfill requests for customers
• An index full of plant knowledge, just in case you wish to do this in real life
• A calendar showing off important real-world holidays
• An hour and a half of nice, relaxing music

The full game

After this I'm going to take a bit of a step back from this game to work on some other things, but I definitely want to return to this later. The full game will include:

• Saving and loading (obviously)
• A much wider selection of plants
• More visuals for plants at different stages of growth and levels of health
• A longer list of story quests
• Additional progression mechanics
• More plant customization
• The ability to decorate your workshop
• Fixes for whatever bugs I find
• Probably quite a lot of other things
