Some bug fixes here and there

Fixed a few bugs that I’ve noticed here and there.

• Direction sliders in the Particle Types tab now have their values set properly when you click on one of the corresponding degree buttons
• Direction and Orientation settings in the Particle Types tab now have a 360° option, in case you want to more easily set the range to something like “180° to 360°”
• Clicking on the Set Region button in the Emitters tab no longer causes you to go immediately back into Set Region mode

We’re also now running on GameMaker Studio 2.3. This doesn’t really have an effect how the program works, but some might find it to be an interesting fact.
