Added a Web version

Nothing has majorly changed, but I decided to finally build an HTML5 version of the project, so you can run the project in your browser. It looks fine to me, but HTML5 being what it is, let me know if it behaves badly for any reason.

Also, feel free to share what kind of performance you get, and what GPU you have. As does the desktop version, this gives me a solid 60 on my GTX 1060.
