UI scaling (and YYC version)

Added an update to my terrain editor that makes the UI scale properly, and since this tool runs on the same code I might as well update it, as well.

It shouldn’t really matter since the performance of this thing is not going to be an issue, but I also added a YYC version. Standard disclaimers apply, it should perform slightly better but might contain unexpected crashes, etc.
