Adds a setting to force the output image to a power of 2 in size


The sprite_atlas_pack and sprite_atlas_pack_dll functions now take an optional argument regarding whether or not you want the output image to be a power of 2 in size. Defaults to false until I get around to finding an algorithm that makes more optimal use of space.
